Welcome to 86Trucks (“the Site”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. These Terms describe usage boundaries and are not legal advice; sign separate contracts with counterparties for formal deals.

Services

The Site provides search, specifications display and quote matching for Chinese commercial vehicles. We may change layout, copy, languages and features without individual prior notice.

The Site is not a vehicle title registry and does not automatically become a party to sale contracts. Unless agreed in writing, listings do not promise that 86Trucks sells the vehicle or guarantees delivery or certifications.

Information accuracy

Names, specs, photos, MSRP and export references may come from public sources, partners or system compilation and can be incomplete or outdated. Rely on seller confirmation and written agreements.

You are responsible for verifying specifications, certifications, emission compliance, export permissions and destination-market access before purchase decisions.

Inquiries

Submitting a quote request means you agree that we and/or relevant sellers may process your contact details and requirements to respond. Do not submit false identities, harassment or spam. We may ignore abusive requests.

Acceptable use

  • No unauthorized bulk scraping, bypassing access controls or disrupting service stability.
  • No malware, fraud or content that infringes others’ rights.
  • No unlicensed copying or resale of our unique data compilations or UI for competing services.
  • Do not impersonate 86Trucks or imply we guarantee a specific transaction.

Intellectual property

Site trademarks, layout, copy and software UI are protected. Vehicle brand marks belong to their owners and appear for identification. Do not use 86Trucks marks to imply endorsement without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is not liable for indirect, incidental or punitive damages from use or inability to use the service. For information errors, third-party acts or deal disputes, we may assist reasonably but do not assume buyer/seller contract duties.

Some jurisdictions disallow certain limitations; if so, those clauses adjust only as required and the rest remain in force.
