JD5T28E transmission is manufactured strictly to Isuzu Motor Co., Ltd. MSB standard, suitable for domestic light trucks, passenger cars, etc., fully interchangeable with domestic similar products such as 5T88, 5T95, MSB, 528, etc. 2. Composite tooth profile and lead modification: low noise, high load capacity. 3. Aluminum alloy clutch housing, side cover, and shift fork for light weight. / The 5T500 transmission is integrated based on the EQ140/145, with torque covering the full range of EQ140/145; its shifting performance is improved. Second/third gears use the most advanced dual-cone synchronizers currently adopted in commercial vehicles on the market, while fourth/fifth gears use ZF short-stroke steel-based molybdenum-sprayed slider synchronizers, improving shifting performance by 20%, making gear engagement lighter, smoother, and with better feel. The external mounting dimensions are identical to EQ140, allowing direct interchange of the assembly. The strength of all gear teeth in the transmission has been reinforced, increasing the service life of each gear. Optional EQ140 front/rear auxiliary boxes, parking brake, and PTO are available; the control method and gear ratios are fully consistent with EQ140. / 1. JD5T35E is an improved shift performance version based on 535; external mounting dimensions identical to 535. 2. 1st/reverse sliding sleeve; 2nd/3rd slider synchronizer; 4th/5th slider synchronizer; improved JD5T35E offers clearer shifts, longer life, higher load capacity, better overload performance. 3.
